You may pay online with your credit card, debit card or e-check with
Paypal or Revolution Money Exchange.
What is the return policy?
For custom orders you will be emailed a proof of your colors before it
is made. At this time, you can request changes to be made or approve the
design. If changes are requested, a proof will be mailed to you until you
approve the design. Please take time to read your proof carefully. We
are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your proof.
Once an order has been made, cancellations will be granted a 50%
return of total order cost. If the order has been shipped, a 50% return
of the total cost will be granted, however, the shipping cost to return
the merchandise to Kidcessory Haven is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Privacy Policy
Kidcessory Haven will never share, sell, or otherwise give out your
personal information to third party individuals or organizations,
including your email. We hate spam and will never do anything to
perpetuate it! Please read our Privacy Policy to see all of the details.

All ribbon accessories are handmade. The picture you see is what you
are getting. As we do not keep a large inventory, our quantities are
limited and do sell out fast. If we do sell out of an item that you have
ordered we will email you within 24 hours and then we will email you a
close substitute within 48 hours for your approval.
Although we heat seal all of our ribbon, occasional fraying may occur
and is considered normal wear.
With frequent use of the hair tutu’s, ribbon may come untied...all that is
needed is to tie the ribbon back on.
Due to differences in browsers, color representations are approximate.
If the item that you have received is drastically different than what
you saw, please email us with 24 hours of receipt. All return shipping is
the responsibility of the purchaser.
