All orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail to orders in the
continental US.

All international orders will be shipped using a USPS International
Priority Flat Rate envelope at a cost of $12.95.
If your order is bigger than the International Flat Rate Envelope will
allow, we will send you a Paypal Invoice for the additional cost.

What are my payment options?
You may pay online with your credit card, debit card or e-check* with
Paypal or Revolution Money Exchange. *Please keep in mind if paying by
e-check that e-check must clear our bank before Paypal will permit us
to ship out to you.
What is the return policy?
For custom orders you will be emailed a proof of your colors before it
is made. At this time, you can request changes to be made or approve the
design. If changes are requested, a proof will be mailed to you until you
approve the design. Please take time to read your proof carefully. We
are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your proof.
Once an order has been made, cancellations will be granted a 50%
return of total order cost. If the order has been shipped, a 50% return
of the total cost will be granted, however, the shipping cost to return
the merchandise to Kidcessory Haven is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Privacy Policy
Kidcessory Haven will never share, sell, or otherwise give out your
personal information to third party individuals or organizations,
including your email. We hate spam and will never do anything to
perpetuate it! Please read our Privacy Policy to see all of the details.
FAQS
-All ribbon accessories are handmade. The picture you see is what you
are getting. As we do not keep a large inventory, our quantities are
limited and do sell out fast. If we do sell out of an item that you have
ordered we will email you within 24 hours and then we will email you a
close substitute within 48 hours for your approval.
-Although we heat seal all of our ribbon, occasional fraying may occur
and is considered normal wear.
-Rhinestone embellishments on Hair tutus are hand glued and therefore
may pop off with frequent and/or rough handling and is considered
normal wear.
-NEVER LEAVE A CHILD UNDER THREE ALONE WITH
RHINESTONE EMBELLISHED ITEMS AS THEY MAY PRESENT A
CHOKING HAZARD.
-With frequent use of the hair tutu’s, ribbon may come untied...all that
is needed is to tie the ribbon back on.
-We recommend spot cleaning your hair tutu with a solution of mild soap
and warm water.
-Due to differences in browsers, color representations are
approximate. If the item that you have received is drastically different
than what you saw, please email us with 24 hours of receipt. All return
shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

A little over a month ago I had to make a trip down to Florida (from Michigan) because a very large shipment got ruined for a very
large client. So if course it was last minute, and I put a call out to my Floridian Mom Packers for support!
There was one mompacker that really went above and beyond. Lisa Verde with Kidcessory Haven. Not only came to have dinner
with me my first night, (so I wouldn't have to eat alone) she packed the kids up the next day and came to rescue me from the
OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive hotel food. We had the best time ever at Olive Garden! After the $32 eggs and toast that morning (no
rental car.. so I really had no other options!) I was ready to cut my losses and cry my way home. Her kids were absolutely
fabulous and made me feel like i was their 'auntie Missie'! If you've seen her web page you know how darling they are! That
helped take my mind off my potential thousands of dollars in loss.
Lisa made a difference in my trip and I just want to say kudos to Lisa and blessings! I saved the client and the order.. and made a
new friend. Now that's a good day!
